Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RevOps Systems Admin to join our team. This role is responsible for driving the scoping, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our critical revenue operations systems including HubSpot, Pendo, Chargebee, ChurnZero, and more. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system configuration, integration, data governance, and process improvement to support our pre-sales, sales, and post-sales teams. 

Responsibilities
  • System Implementation & Configuration: Own the scoping and implementation of build and configuration changes across HubSpot, Pendo, Chargebee, ChurnZero, DealHub, and other platforms to enable effective pre-sales and sales processes. Ensure documentation is consistently updated to reflect changes.
  • System Maintenance & Improvements: Lead the day-to-day maintenance and improvement of RevOps systems, including managing the data structure, workflows, user roles, and data permissions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • System Integration Management: Oversee and maintain integrations between systems such as HubSpot, DealHub, Pendo, Chargebee, and ChurnZero, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development: Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of reports and dashboards for Lead, Prospect, Customer, and Partner data across HubSpot, and other systems to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Integrity & Audit Reporting: Support data integrity by developing and maintaining audit reports that identify gaps or inconsistencies, and create triggers to prompt necessary data updates by relevant teams.
  • Process & Data Governance: Implement rules, permission sets, and automation within systems to ensure consistent data governance and process adherence across the organization.
  • System Administration: Providing system administration support for Hubspot, especially related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows. Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes.

Requirements
  • Must be based in Canada or the United States
  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Pendo, Chargebee, and integration tools such as Gong
  • HubSpot Admin Experience and certification is strongly preferred
  • Expertise in system configuration, data management, workflow automation, and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and process optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for systems and processes
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with data governance and best practices in CRM and operational systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
  • Experience in small/fast-paced growth company environments

Salary Range: This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.
US: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
CAD: $85,000 - $110,000 annually
